About Leah B. Sauceman

Attorney Leah B. Sauceman leads The Law Office of Leah B. Sauceman with strength, compassion, and a deep commitment to serving others. Born and raised in Riceville, Tennessee, Leah grew up in a close-knit family that instilled in her the values of hard work, resilience, and faith — qualities that continue to shape both her personal life and her legal career.

Leah earned her B.A. in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Tennessee Wesleyan College in 2008 before pursuing her Doctor of Jurisprudence at LMU Duncan School of Law, which she completed in 2013. While attending law school, she balanced work, motherhood, and evening classes, demonstrating the perseverance and dedication that would later define her career. Over the years, Leah gained experience in corporate law, domestic relations, probate, estate planning, civil matters, and child support work, building a strong foundation for the practice she leads today.

In 2023, Leah was appointed Magistrate Judge for Bradley County Juvenile Court, where she served until February 2025. That role gave her the opportunity to work closely with children and families during some of their most difficult moments, and it remains one of the most meaningful chapters of her career.

In May 2025, she opened her own firm in downtown Athens, where she continues to focus on family law, estate planning, probate, civil matters, and personal injury with integrity and care.

Leah’s commitment to service extends beyond the courtroom. She has served on the Board of Full Circle in Athens and remains active in her church and community. She is also a devoted wife to Tyler and mother of four, and she considers her family her greatest blessing. Through every season of life, Leah has led with faith, perseverance, and a genuine heart for helping people.

Community Involvement

The Law Office of Leah Sauceman is proud to support events like Heartbeats & Harmonies that celebrate life, faith, and community. Leah has long valued opportunities to stand alongside local organizations making a meaningful difference for children and families, and her support reflects the same compassion, integrity, and service that define her law practice.
